Training and the continuous personal development of our Team are everything to us. That’s why we’ve become famous for the quality of our NVQ training programmes (which are recognised by NTA and IIP) – and for the quality of the creative hair styling our customers have come to expect.
Everyone at Gershwins is encouraged to express their creativity by developing fresh ideas during creative training sessions, workshops and fashion shoots. We work closely with local schools and col- leges, offering students work placements to find the next hairdressing superstar.
And as a Paul Mitchell Colour Centre of Excellence, we provide colour workshops and training for every Paul Mitchell colour salon in this area.
